We are a full-service AVEDA salon in the boutique neighborhood of Lawrenceville, Pittsburgh, PA, specializing in Dry Cutting and organic color services. Alchemy is a certified clean air space, so you can relax and breathe easy while we work our magic. Our products are cruelty-free, 100% vegan, Green Rabbit certified, packaged in 100% post-consumer recyclable materials, and produced in a 100% wind-powered factory—the only one of its kind in the USA!

Why Dry Cutting? You don’t wear your hair wet, so we cut it dry. Dry Cutting allows our stylists see your hair’s natural movement and layers, delivering precision, low maintenance and a perfect shape.

In addition to Dry Cutting, we specialize in all things color—from blonding, highlights and balayage to corrective color, ombré, lived-in looks, reds, brunettes, vivid shades, and platinum blondes. Our AVEDA color line is 97% naturally derived, infused with essential oils, and less toxic than any other color line on the market.
